Teaching

how the mind works

At the University of Białystok I give classes in cognitive science, the science of mind. On kogni.pl I write about the mind for anyone who reads Polish, my students first.

Researching

how experience happens in the brain

I study how the brain creates the experience of its model of the world. From studies in mice to fMRI in humans, I want to understand how biological neural networks work during experience. I use games in my studies, because games are metaphors for everyday life.

Training

thinking with AI

I train people to structure a problem, use their terms precisely and turn both into prompts and tools.

An AI model working in an environment of your words, your terms and your files becomes an agent, an extension of your mind. The agent is as good as your fluency in designing its environment.
